Annie Vento

Annie Vento, Editor-in-Chief

Annie Vento is a child trapped within a teenage body. She is an extrovert in social environments, but will burn out and retreat into a shell once she gets home. She carries loves from her childhood, including but not limited to a love of Famous Amos cookies and chicken tenders. Annie says if she had to be any animal, she would most definitely be an octopus, with her reasoning being, “No reason - I just like octopi.” Annie Vento has a kind heart and never wants to be rude, and she doesn’t like people who are pessimistic. Her childishness does not mean she isn’t responsible, as Annie Vento takes on many leadership roles. She is an editor-in-chief of the Lodge, and outside of the newspaper, she is Prefect of the Arts. She also takes part in theater, as seen with her performance in Fools and work backstage, and Model UN and Youth in Government. She is most excited for the newspaper to be the best paper in the state of Tennessee for the second year in a row.
