Modern music ensemble records at Archer Studio
The St. George’s Modern Music Ensemble recorded a set of songs at Archer Studio in Midtown on May 16. During their visit, the group recorded a total of six songs, two of which were original songs.
The group arrived at two in the afternoon to set up equipment and then began the recording process. The equipment and technicians allowed the group’s songs to sound more professional than they had previously.
The group felt excited after recording, editing, and playing each song back for them to hear. Junior Shoaf Robinson loved what he learned while recording.
“It was an eye-opening experience,” Robinson said.
Once the mixing was done, Modern Music Ensemble traveled back to the studio to listen to the final products on professional monitors. The group is grateful for this opportunity and are looking forward to the finished products.
