These were the talent show sign-up forms that were sent out to the Upper School. The talent show is rescheduled for some time in the spring.

The talent show, which was originally scheduled for Monday, Dec. 1 at 7-8:30 p.m., has been cancelled. To date, there were only two acts signed up to perform their talents, the sole reason the Student Senate called off the show.

Junior Marissa Corleone had planned on performing a piece she wrote herself called “Finding Memphis,” while chorus members senior Sarah Moon and junior Duncan Daniel were going to sing a holiday tune together.

The two acts were given the option to perform at Young Life on the night of Dec. 1 beginning at 7:37 p.m. at the house of juniors Claire and Mary Helen McCord. However, both acts decided to wait after the president of the Student Senate said that the talent show would happen eventually.

“We are postponing it [the talent show] until the spring,” said president of the Student Senate Hallie Gillam.
