Weekly Workouts March 30-April 10

When bored during quarantine, here are some ways to stay in shape over the next two weeks!

Week of March 30: 

Monday: 

  • 30-second plank
  • 4×5 sit-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 2×8 walking lunges 
  • 20 Russian twists 

Tuesday:

  • 30-second plank
  • 15-second each side plank
  • 4×6 sit-ups
  • 12 push-ups
  • 2×10 walking lunges

Wednesday (Mrs. Bran’s Workout Wednesday As Well at 3:00 on Zoom!!):

  • 40-second plank
  • 15-second each side plank
  • 4×8 sit-ups
  • 14 push-ups
  • 3×10 walking lunges

Thursday:

  • 45-second plank
  • 20-second each side plank
  • 5×10 sit-ups
  • 16 push-ups
  • 4×10 walking lunges

Friday:

  • 1-minute plank
  • 40 Russian twists
  • 6×10 sit-ups
  • 20 push-ups
  • 5×12 walking lunges

Saturday:

  • 1-minute plank
  • 50 Russian twists
  • 3×10 leg lifts
  • 6×10 sit-ups
  • 25 push-ups

Sunday: Rest Day! 

 

Week of April 6: 

Monday:

  • 10 squats
  • 10 crunches 
  • 10 burpees
  • 20-second wall sit
  • 10 jumping jacks

Tuesday:

  • 15 squats
  • 15 crunches
  • 15 burpees
  • 25-second wall sit
  • 5×10 walking lunges 

Wednesday (Mrs. Bran’s Workout Wednesday As Well at 3:00 on Zoom!!):

  • 20 squats
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 burpees
  • 35-second wall sit
  • 20 jumping jacks

Thursday:

  • 25 squats
  • 4×10 sit-ups
  • 25 burpees
  • 45-second wall sit
  • 4×10 leg lifts

Friday:

  • 1-minute and 30-second plank
  • 5×10 sit-ups
  • 6×10 walking lunges
  • 25 jumping jacks 
  • 45-second wall sit

Saturday: 

  • 30 squats
  • 30 crunches
  • 30 burpees
  • 1 minute and 30-second wall sit
  • 30 jumping jacks 

Sunday: Rest Day!
