At The Lodge for her second year, Ella Coons is most excited to explore her interest in photography while forming friendships with new students on staff. She is on the cheerleading team and participates in school theater productions as an actress and a dance captain. Although she has numerous things on her plate, she finds time to read fantasy and gothic books and tries to slow down and appreciate the little moments, like a little cup of coffee in the morning. Not only is she free-spirited and easily able to go with the flow, but she is also ambitious and committed to creating a successful name in the pharmaceutical industry in the future. It’s her goal to one day work in a hospital, helping people and ensuring that medicine is used safely and responsibly. Overall, she strives to be the best possible version of herself, both in and out of the newsroom.
