Caroline Wood is so much more than the “tall girl.” While her height may be one of her more evident attributes, she’s also a baker, reader, pet lover and cookie dough ice cream connoisseur. Caroline, who has been at St. George’s for ten years, is a senior and returning member of The Lodge after joining staff for the 2023-2024 school year. She hopes to continue writing and conducting interviews, but this year she also seeks to strengthen her design skills. Much of Caroline’s free time is spent playing volleyball, as she plays year-round. When she’s not dominating on the volleyball court, she can be found making banana bread from memory and spending time with her two cats and one dog. In the future, Caroline hopes to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she will study business and marketing while appreciating the beauty of the mountainous landscape that can be found there. For now, Caroline hopes that the stress of senior year will be balanced with her journey toward self-understanding and discovery.
