Creature Eli
How have sports built you as a person?
“I’ve always played baseball. My life has always evolved around baseball. Golf has been a way to get away from baseball and take a break from it. Baseball has really…I think it has made me who I am today, just because of all my coaches and how they’ve influenced me. A lot of my coaches have been father figures and had a part in me growing up.”
What is your role as a Bleacher Creature?
“I try to make it to every sporting event that I can and encourage people to come out and try to get more people at games and encourage student spirit and getting involved in not only academics but also athletics.”
What do you enjoy most about being a Bleacher Creature?
“It’s really an opportunity to get to go to everything and be a leader, and it’s kind of cool to get more people involved in it. You walk around the school and ask a bunch of people you don’t even know if they’re coming to the game or not and try to get them to come to the game if they say no. Probably that.”
